Katie Fracasso took on selling my home in the Laurelhurst neighborhood. And it was no easy task. First I was living in California and had difficult tenants, but Katie doesn’t scare easily. Katie Fracasso has been an important person in my life for years! She was referred to me when we were looking to sell our home in Beaverton and then to find a new “dream house.” She helped us tremendously through the process of getting our home ready to sell and we always found her accessible for anything and everything.
